Annamult House is a Tudor Revival house extended in later years by subsequent owners.
In 2010 the house suffered a devastating fire which destroyed the entire roof and completely gutted one wing of the house and severely damaged the remainder.
The restoration project was carried out over 2 years in two stages.
The roof was first replaced and then in a second stage the interior was restored with major conservation of the windows, interior walls, interior floors and stone features.
The completely destroyed wing was reordered to provide a double height kitchen and gallery with a feature window to improve natural lighting.
Internal joinery was replaced. The house was also given an energy upgrade with heritage double glazing, breathable insulations and wall insulation.
