Caplan Construction has carried out various roof and internal works to Castle Oliver between 2006 and 2012.

The works included reslating of the entire roof with associated works to roof timbers, internal gutters, flashings, gutters, valleys, dormers, towers, insulations, sandstone chimney repointing.

Internal works included remedial works to floors and ceilings, some internal joinery.
